Welcome to a groundbreaking opportunity to enhance your skills as a teacher, coach, healer, or facilitator with our Trauma Awareness & Facilitation Training. In a world where understanding trauma and being able to sensitively address it is becoming increasingly necessary, this training offers a comprehensive approach to becoming trauma aware, trauma sensitive, and trauma informed.
What is Trauma Awareness Facilitation?
The concept of being aware of trauma and its sensitivity is increasingly gaining prominence in various spheres such as yoga, healing, coaching, the workplace, and community settings. Recognizing that trauma affects everyone in unique ways, including how it manifests and can be identified, there's a growing acknowledgment of its impact. The challenge lies in how facilitators, yoga instructors, teachers, counselors, coaches, or healers can offer support to their students or clients with an understanding of trauma without necessarily having extensive training in therapy or trauma expertise. This need has led to the development of the Trauma Aware Facilitation training program.

What truly is the difference between being trauma aware, sensitive, and informed?

If these questions resonate with you, then you're exactly where you need to be. This course is meticulously designed for individuals who wish to deepen their understanding of trauma, its various manifestations, and how to create a safe space for everyone involved in the healing and learning process.

Award-Winning Practitioner!
Hey!! Im Cathy- an integrative health practitioner encouraging everyone I meet to prioritize their overall health and wellbeing. Healing through nutrition, movement, breathwork & mindset, I experienced first-hand the incredible power of mind-body-spiritual connection. In the early stages of holding space for my grief counseling clients, I quickly realized that integrating other healing modalities into my sessions benefited my clients faster than just talking. The results were astounding!
Breathwork has now become one of my top go-to healing modality with just about every client. Because integrated health has played a major role in my own life, I wanted to do and reach even more people. So, naturally, I decided to open my first academy to reach even more healers in hopes of obtaining my wild personal goal of introducing breathwork to as many people in the world as possible.
What I really want people to understand is that by understanding the subtle shifts, changes and anatomy of the breath, we begin to attune to what our body, mind & spirit is calling for making us healthier, happier, healthier and more vibrant self.
I’m beyond honored to be in this role and cannot wait to walk on this life-changing journey with you.
With so much love, health & happiness!
